Consulate General of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in Hong Kong

Adults who wish to grant power of attorney to a third party so that they can carry out procedures and various formalities on their behalf with the Social Security Bank.

Requirements

1. Original and copy of valid Uruguayan identity card or valid Uruguayan passport
2. Address of the interested party, contact telephone number and marital status. If married, provide the name of the spouse and whether it is a first marriage
3. Copy of the proxy's valid identity card and full address

Once all the requirements have been met, please send an email to cghongkong@mrree.gub.uy with the documents attached to request an appointment.

After verifying the information, you will receive a reply with the details of your appointment so that you can come to the Consulate on the date and time indicated.
