"Gauchos" Photo Exhibition by Luis Fabini
The Consulate-General of Uruguay in Hong Kong is pleased to invite you to the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "Gauchos", featuring works by Uruguayan photographer Luis Fabini.
Through striking black-and-white photographs, Fabini captures a living culture rooted in dignity, freedom, and honour. His images reveal gauchos as inseparable from the landscapes they inhabit.
Since 2021, this celebrated exhibition has travelled to prestigious museums across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, including the National Art Museum of China and the United Nations' Palais des Nations. Now arriving in Hong Kong, Gauchos invites local audiences and visitors to experience firsthand the beauty and cultural richness of the South American cowboy tradition.
