Consulate General of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in Sydney

The Consulate General of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in Sydney informs the Uruguayan community residing in New Zealand that a Mobile Consulate is scheduled to take place during the first week of September 2026.

The dates, times and locations of the appointments will be communicated in due course, once the demand for consular services has been assessed and the corresponding logistical arrangements have been finalised.

In order to properly organise this activity, we kindly ask those interested in completing consular procedures to confirm their interest by Friday 7 August, by sending an email to cgsydney@mrree.gub.uy with the following information:

Consular service required (passport renewal, identity card renewal, birth registration, power of attorney):
Preferred city: Auckland or Christchurch
Preferred time: morning or afternoon

The information received will allow us to organise the Mobile Consulate as efficiently as possible and to address, to the extent possible, the needs of Uruguayan nationals residing in New Zealand.
