Are you a Uruguayan citizen residing abroad?

The Unified Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE) is aimed at all compatriots residing outside the country, whether temporarily or permanently. This new platform, created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeks to strengthen the connection between Uruguayans abroad and our Embassies and Consulates.

Through the RUUE, Uruguayan citizens can register voluntarily, which allows for an updated registry, improved communication channels and facilitates consular attention.

What does the platform offer?

• Interactive Map of Embassies and Consulates

A geolocation system that allows you to know the location, contact details, schedules and other relevant information of the diplomatic and consular representations of Uruguay in the world.

• Notification channel

A direct way to receive updates on procedures, calls, events, alerts in case of emergency and other relevant communications from your corresponding Embassy or Consulate.

How to register?

Registration is simple, voluntary and accessible from any device with an internet connection.
