Single Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE) a new tool to connect Uruguayans around the world

The Single Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE) is intended for all Uruguayan nationals residing outside the country, whether temporarily or permanently.
This platform, created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeks to strengthen ties between Uruguayans abroad and Uruguay’s Embassies and Consulates.

Through the RUUE, Uruguayan citizens may voluntarily register, allowing for an updated registry, improved communication channels, and more efficient consular assistance.

What Does the Platform Offer?

• Interactive Map of Embassies and Consulates
• A geolocation system that allows users to identify the location, contact details, office hours, and other relevant information regarding Uruguay’s diplomatic and consular missions worldwide.
• Notification Channel
• A direct means of receiving updates regarding procedures, public notices, events, emergency alerts, and other relevant communications from the corresponding Embassy or Consulate.

Registration is simple, voluntary, and accessible from any internet-connected device.
