The documentary miniseries "Antarctica: The continent of all", is already available on YouTube. It is a production of the Public Media of Uruguay, presented in collaboration with the National Youth Orchestra of SODRE, the Uruguayan Antarctic Institute and the University of the Republic.
Made up of six chapters, this first Uruguayan miniseries about Antarctica invites you to discover Uruguay's active role in the white continent, through scientific, logistical projects and artistic expressions.
Highlights:
- The project: "Penguins as sentinels of the anthropic impact and climate change on the Antarctic ecosystem"
- Exploring the Antarctic soundscape
- The participation of Uruguayan scientists, technicians and young people
The series has an original soundtrack entirely composed by the National Youth Orchestra of SODRE, which adds a unique artistic dimension to this audiovisual experience.
"Antarctica: The Continent of Everyone" reflects Uruguay's commitment to science, international cooperation and the protection of a territory that belongs to all humanity.
