Embassy of Uruguay in Australia

Uruguay took part in the initiative by sharing representative images of our country's cultural identity, heritage, and natural beauty.

Likewise, the Ambassador of Uruguay to Australia, Dianela Pi, as Dean of GRULAC, had the honour of sharing a few words during the event's opening, highlighting the importance of these spaces in promoting the understanding and connection between Latin America and Australia.

The event was held at the Canberra's Latin American Plaza, filling the city center with Latin American music, cuisine, art, and culture.

We thank the event organisers and eveyone who attended, who made this colorful celebration of Latin American diversity and cultural richness in Australia possible.
