Sydney / Uruguay at IMARC 2025
On October 21, in Sydney, within the framework of the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC), the leading event for the mining and natural resources sector in Australia, the Ambassador of Uruguay to Australia took part in a series of activities organized by the Australia-Latin America Business Council (ALABC). These included the launch of the ALABC LATAM Lounge, the announcement of Women in STEM Scholarships, and the Latin American Mining Dinner 2025.
The event brought together Ministers, Ambassadors, government representatives, and business leaders from both Australia and Latin America, creating a space for dialogue aimed at promoting innovation, cooperation, and opportunities for investment and strategic partnerships between the two regions.
