Power of Attorney Banco de Previsión Social (BPS)
Adults who wish to grant power of attorney to a third party so that said person may, in their name and on their behalf, carry out procedures and various administrative matters before the Banco de Previsión Social.
Requirements:
Original and copy of a valid Uruguayan identity card or valid Uruguayan passport.
Address of the interested party, contact telephone number, and marital status. If married, please provide the spouse’s name and indicate whether it is a first marriage.
Copy of the valid identity card of the attorney-in-fact and their full address.
Once all requirements have been gathered, please send an email to cdottawa@mrree.gub.uy with the documents attached in order to request an appointment.
After the information has been verified, you will receive a reply with the details of your appointment so that you may appear at the Consulate on the date and time indicated.
