The Embassy of Uruguay invites all fellow citizens to register on the new platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay: the Single Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE).
The Single Registry of Uruguayans Abroad aims to promote and strengthen the connection between the Embassy and Consulate and all nationals residing abroad, as well as to maintain an up-to-date record of Uruguayans in their country of residence.
It should be noted that the RUUE includes two highly useful tools:
- New map of Uruguayan Embassies and Consulates worldwide, with a geolocation system that will allow you to find the address, telephone number, office hours, and available contact information of the Diplomatic Mission and Consulate that has jurisdiction over you, or that may be of interest to you.
- Notification channel that will allow you to stay informed through the dissemination of events and/or meetings, updates on administrative procedures, recommendations, warnings in emergency situations, and other relevant matters from the Embassy and Consulate.
