On August 25, all Uruguayans, wherever they may be, will be able to enjoy a concert by Rubén Rada, which will be shared by all embassies, consulates, and missions abroad.
Within the framework of the bicentennial of our country’s independence on August 25, the Uruguayan Government is strengthening its outreach to Uruguayans residing outside the country. To this end, a commemorative concert by Rubén Rada, an emblematic figure of our culture and traditions, was recorded. This performance, specially recorded for the occasion, is a tribute to Uruguay’s history, identity, and spirit, which Rada conveys through his unmistakable voice, emotion, talent, and joy.
