The guidelines for applying to participate in the IDA Translation Support Program are hereby announced.
It is hereby informed that the UXXI Agency and the Ministry of Education and Culture are issuing a public call for applications to participate in the IDA Program, aimed at promoting the export of Uruguayan literature by supporting the publishing industry through translation.
To achieve this objective, non-refundable funding has been allocated to support the translation of literary works of any genre, intended for duly established foreign companies.
Submitted proposals may receive funding of up to a maximum amount of USD 2,500 (two thousand five hundred United States dollars) per work. Further information and the terms and conditions of the call are available in the downloadable PDF below.
