Unique Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE)
New digital platform of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs for the registration of compatriots residing abroad.
The Unique Registry of Uruguayans Abroad (RUUE) is the new digital platform of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, implemented to promote and strengthen the connection between Embassies and Consulates with Uruguayans living abroad, as well as to maintain an updated registry of Uruguayans in their country of residence.
The RUUE features two highly useful tools:
- A new map of Uruguayan Embassies and Consulates around the world, which includes a geolocation system that allows you to find the address, phone number, attention hours, and contact information for the relevant Diplomatic Mission and Consulate, or any other that may be of interest to you.
- A notification channel that will keep you informed through the dissemination of events and/or meetings, updates on procedures, recommendations, alerts in emergency situations, and other relevant topics from the Embassy and Consulate in your country of residence.
