The document defines the Uruguay Digital Agenda and introduces its commitments, structure, and strategic lines. This Agenda is making progress in the implementation of the commitment of building a society of information focused on the person, and integrating society oriented towards the development, where all of us are able to create, inquire, use and share information and knowledge, for people, communities and the people to be able to have full aaccess to their possibilities in the promotion of their sustainable growth and the best life-quality.
The structure of the Agenda is the following:
- Strategic lines that are originated in the priorities set forth by the Government for the period.
- Action areas that build common environments where connected objectives are grouped.
- Goals that may be related to the concept of a specific project and have a variable number of specific and quantifiable goals and enable a follow-up to visualize their compliance
