In the processing of personal data, an adequate level of protection will be guaranteed, and strict professional secrecy will be maintained in accordance with the provisions of Article 302 of the Penal Code. Necessary security measures will also be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access by third parties who may use them for purposes other than or incompatible with those for which they were requested from the holder.
No communication of the data from the Database is authorized, except for the exceptions established in the LPDP. The responsible party for the Database is Uruguay Digital, and the address where the holder may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, inclusion, or deletion is [ct_dir_organismo:direccion], as established in the LPDP."
