Comunicado CELAC ante terremotos en Venezuela
La CELAC lamenta profundamente la pérdida de vidas humanas, transmite sus más sinceras condolencias a los familiares de las víctimas y extiende su solidaridad a las personas y familias afectadas.
La CELAC manifiesta su pleno apoyo a los ingentes esfuerzos de rescate, asistencia y recuperación en curso, y expresa el deseo de sus Estados Miembros de colaborar en todo lo que esté a su alcance de manera individual y colectiva en dichos esfuerzos.
La Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños seguirá pendiente y acompañando de cerca la evolución de la situación humanitaria a causa de este desastre natural, reiterando en este difícil momento, su más profunda solidaridad y disposición con Venezuela.

CELAC Statement on Earthquakes in Venezuela
The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) expresses its solidarity with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the face of the devastating earthquakes that occurred this Wednesday, June 24, which seriously affected various regions, particularly the northern coastal area of the country.
CELAC deeply regrets the loss of human lives, conveys its most sincere condolences to the families of the victims, and extends its solidarity to the affected individuals and families.
CELAC expresses its full support for the immense rescue, assistance, and recovery efforts underway, and expresses the desire of its Member States to collaborate in every way possible, both individually and collectively, in these efforts.
The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States will continue to closely monitor and follow the evolution of the humanitarian situation due to this natural disaster, reiterating in this difficult time, its deepest solidarity and willingness to help Venezuela.
