BPS Personal User Account

The user account to be requested is unique and non-transferable for each individual registered with the institution.

Who is it for?

Individuals interested in requesting the issuance of a BPS Personal User Account, intended for those who need to access an authenticated online service of Uruguay’s Social Security Bank (BPS).

Requirements:

  • Original valid ID document with which the person is registered in the BPS database
  • If the ID registered with BPS is expired, a different valid ID (e.g. driver’s licence or passport) must be presented

How to start the process?

1. Request an appointment by sending an email to cgsydney@mrree.gub.uy, attaching the required documentation

2. Attend the appointment in person with all documents on the scheduled date

3. Fee: Free of charge
