Embassy of Uruguay in Australia

The Embassy of Uruguay in Australia participated in Cairns Crocodiles 2026, one of Australia’s most influential gatherings for the creative, media, tourism, marketing and entertainment industries, held from 12 to 14 May in the city of Cairns.

As part of the Friends of Film & Screen Track, Uruguay brought its creative vision to the Asia-Pacific stage, positioning itself as a dynamic, innovative destination open to international collaboration in the audiovisual sector.

Among conversations, exchanges and networking, Uruguay also shared an essential part of its identity: its wines. Together with Vinos of Uruguay, we brought the flavours, hospitality and spirit of Uruguay to one of Australia’s premier creative industry events.
