Decree 139/014, applicable to Uruguayan citizens and foreigners with more than one year of uninterrupted residence abroad, allows them to bring into the country, free of tax, their furniture and other household goods, tools, machines, appliances and instruments necessary for the exercise of their profession, art or trade, considered individually.
Who can apply?
- Uruguayan nationals or foreigners.

- To prove residence in Germany, you must present your registration certificate ‘Erweiterte Meldebescheinigung’, which states the period during which you resided in the country.
