The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is organizing the above event under the IAEA technical cooperation project INT2022, "Supporting Capacity Building in Member States for Uranium Production and Safety of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material Residue Management"
The purpose of this Virtual Training is provide information on IAEA safety standards for management of NORM residues with focus on an overview of NORM activities and NORM residues, origin and characteristics of NORM residues, general approaches for identification of NORM residues.

The working languaje of the event will be English.
