The course provides intensive training comprising 20 theoretical and 30 practical hours on microbial biofilms, emphasising their formation, resistance, and relevance in health. It covers the use of advanced microscopy tools (confocal, light sheet, expansion) and nanoparticle-based control strategies. The course is intended for graduate students in microbiology, biotechnology, or related fields who seek to acquire applied skills in research, image analysis, and the development of antimicrobial approaches.
