How can I follow up on my application?

If there was any pending documentation at the time of filing the application, the application will remain in the person`s inbox until the missing documentation is attached. When the information is completed, it is sent to the National Department of Migration (Dirección Nacional de Migración).

When residency is granted, the Departament will notify the person via e-mail. Yhe applicant should not change the e-mail address associated with the application until the process is complete. This ensures that he or she will receive all pertinent notifications.
